Maraide Sullivan joins more than 30,000 real estate professionals in North America who have earned the ABRâ designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, both in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.  Ms. Sullivan also earned the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist credential.  “Many people invest in second homes and resort vacation rentals in the Charleston area. I want to bring as much value as possible to my clients” stated Ms. Sullivan.  There are no additional fees to a buyer when represented by a realtor with the ABR designation.
