Kiawah River Estates is located in the heart of the South Carolina Lowcountry on the southern tip of Johns Island, near the intersection of three South Carolina Sea Islands: Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns Islands. This gated waterfront community rests along Haulover Creek and the Kiawah River, which flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
